Considering the decades of academic activity of the Persian(Unani) medicine school in Indian universities and some other countries, as well as the establishment of this course in Iranian medical universities, researchers pay more attention to studies related to the basics of Persian(Unani) medicine, especially Mizaj establishment and its relationship with biomarkers and diseases are on the rise. Although this research is a good opportunity to prove the basics of Persian(Unani) medicine, but if is not done with the right method and management, it will lead to the production of contradictory scientific content and in the future, we may encounter scientific documents that threaten the theoretical foundations of Persian(Unani) medicine. The purpose of this project is to use the opinions of experts interested in the basics of Persian(Unani) medicine, especially Mizaj. The team of experts analyze the published studies and discuss about the weaknesses and strengths of the studies through group discussion. Furthermore we will suggest new ideas to proper management of future projects to the scientific communities.
Goals and plans:
1- Completing and presenting a comprehensive list of the titles of all articles published on the subject of Mizaj in prestigious scientific journals and databases.
2- Collecting the list of thesis that have been done in the field of Mizaj
3- Efforts to make researchers’ access to Mizaj articles and faster and easier.
4- Holding regular meetings to review articles published on the subject of Mizaj and analyze their strengths and weaknesses in order to promote future studies.
5- Presenting new ideas for proper management of research related to Mizaj and providing appropriate scientific documents to prove the basics of Mizaj.
6- Establishment of specialized teams to develop Mizaj related projects, especially design and standardization of diagnostic tools for general and organs Mizaj and Su-e-Mizaj.
7- Provide expert advice to all students and researchers interested in Mizaj research around the world.
